Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions 1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 2. The promotion commences at 4pm AEST (Sydney time) on 22nd August 2018 and ends at 2pm AEST (Sydney time) on 3rd September 2018. 3. Entry is open only to New South Wales, Australian residents over the age of 18. 4. Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion when they comment “Win” on our Facebook post. An additional entry is allowed if a “Friend” is tagged in the comments section. 5. The winner will be picked via a FaceBook Live Draw at 3pm on Monday, 3 September 2018. 6. The judging will take place at 3pm AEST (Sydney time) on 3 September 2018 at the offices of Five Dock Physiotherapy & Spo&ts Injury Centre (Five Dock Physio Pty Ltd). Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. The winners will be notified via a Facebook message within two business days of the draw date and their names will be published on Facebook under the post which competition winner announcement. 8. There will be one main prize. The winning entry will receive a fully comprehensive Clinical Pilates Starter Package, valued at $620. The prize will consist of a comprehensive Pilates Assessment (valued at $103), 5 x 1-on-1 Clinical Pilates sessions with one of our Pilates Physiotherapists (valued at $475), A FREE foam roller (valued at $40). 9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemable for cash or any other products. 10. Any costs associated with entering this competition remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used 11. The Initial Pilates Assessment part of this Prize must be redeemed by 17th October 2018 12. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s). 13. Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury &entre reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. 14. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury C&ntre, unless a winner otherwise notifies Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury C&ntre at the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury C&ntre using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes. 15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond reasonable control of Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Cen&re (including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud) Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Cen&re reserve the right to (a) disqualify any entrant (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
